What is it about?
It is a one-year online master, that you can start whenever you prefer, for all those professionals in the Wellness sector who want to direct their career towards the world of Spa Management.
In this course, you will be taught subjects related to Spa Management and Administration, such as Wellness Industry, Sustainability and Luxury, Leadership, Selection, Team Management and the highly acclaimed Spa Experience.
In addition, we will train you in Revenue Management, Marketing and Sales, three key points for the profitability of a Spa. We will also offer other subjects such as English for Spa Business, personnel management, costing, therapies, treatment menus, and much more.
As an added value, students will have access to a one-hour personalized tutoring session each month throughout the duration of the master's program. This space is designed to address questions, provide guidance, and delve deeper into the topics of greatest interest to each student.
What will you get?
Upon completion of the course, a Final Project will be delivered, developed throughout the learning process with the guidance of a tutor.
At Spa Academy, we offer support if you want to do an internship at spas in your city.
Once completed, a Private Professional Certificate will be awarded, certifying the student to work in 5-star and 5-star GL hotels.
