Deep Tissue Massage, also known as Deep Tissue, is not a sports or Swedish massage but a set of techniques aimed at penetrating the deeper structures of muscle tissue and fascia. It is performed using elbows, forearms, and thumbs, and focuses on releasing tension and breaking down stiffness.
Individuals interested in deeper massage techniques: Even without prior training in massage therapy, some people with a strong interest in wellness and health may want to learn the fundamentals of deep tissue massage to apply them safely in a personal context or to explore a new career.

A private diploma will be awarded upon completion of the course, provided that all hours are attended and the exam is passed.
