What is Swedish massage?
It is the oldest form of massage and the origin of other massages such as therapeutic massage. This massage helps to release tension, relax the muscles and improve blood and lymphatic circulation, favoring the elimination of a large number of toxins. It has a toning and relaxing effect accompanying the body to rediscover its natural balance.
You will learn the essence of this therapy from its origins to spa application protocols.
Course aimed at all those people, with or without previous experience, interested in manual, natural and energetic therapies. Also for those attracted by oriental medicine and treatments that calm the nervous system and muscular tensions, as well as beauticians and chiromassage therapists.
The teaching is theoretical and practical, focusing on personalized learning with each student. All the contents of each course are explained in detail so that the training is an enriching experience of total knowledge.
